It was the first number I was able to get ahold of someone at after calling at least a dozen many times and only getting phone tree loop. TeleCheck has a dedicated forgery dept that helped me resolve a similar with a check reported to Wal-Mart. The Forgery customer service dept is 800-927-0599 0ption1, Option2 Option 0 to speak with a live operator.
